Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Customer Support Team Lead. The Customer Support Team Lead will manage daily customer support operations, ensuring customer queries and issues are resolved efficiently. They will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, providing technical support, analyzing customer feedback to improve services, and leading a team to achieve customer service goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve customer support processes
- Excellent Communication skills for effective customer interaction
- Experience in offering Technical Support
- Leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
