Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Team Lead position based in Jaipur. The Team Lead will oversee daily team operations, manage workflows, and provide mentorship and guidance to the team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of tasks. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, resolving issues, and ensuring team alignment with organizational goals. The Team Lead will collaborate with upper management to implement strategies that enhance efficiency and achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Team management and leadership skills with a focus on motivating and mentoring a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure clear collaboration and a positive work environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of addressing challenges effectively
  • Project management and performance monitoring experience
  • Proficiency in using technology and tools for team communication and organization
  • Understanding of customer service and telecommunication domains is a plus
  • Should have more than one year of experience as a team leader.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
