Role Overview
As a
Customer Experience & Strategy Associate
, you will play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing user journeys, leveraging technology, data, and insights to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will also contribute to shaping customer engagement strategies, product feedback loops, and digital support systems that drive retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Map end-to-end customer journeys and identify gaps to improve user experience across digital and service touchpoints.
- Use technology platforms (CRM, automation tools, dashboards) to streamline customer experience and feedback management.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to implement customer-centric strategies.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to generate insights and propose experience improvements.
- Support in building scalable digital processes for customer onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Develop reports and presentations for leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with nutrition and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in customer strategy, consulting, product support, or experience management (tech/startup experience a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM tools, automation platforms, or BI dashboards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for health-tech, wellness, and data-driven decision-making.
