Sales Development Representative – SaaS Startup – OTE

We're hiring SDRs to join a growing team of a client we are representing. This is your chance to break into SaaS sales, work with global markets, and build a career path toward AE and leadership roles.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential clients and vendors
- Drive outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Understand business pain points and pitch digital solutions
- Qualify leads and set meetings for the sales team
- Manage pipeline and keep CRM data sharp
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (prospecting, cold calling, nurturing)
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Goal-oriented, comfortable working toward targets
- SaaS, procurement, or tech sales experience is a plus
- Fluency in English
