Fintech Sales Representative | B2B SaaS Sales | Lead Generation & Pipeline Development

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven Fintech Sales Representative
to join our team and fuel the growth of our B2B SaaS solutions. You will be the face of Cappitall Want Network, building strong relationships with high-profile decision-makers and consistently driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate
    qualified leads
    and new business opportunities through rigorous
    prospecting
    , research, and lead follow-ups in your assigned market.
  • Conduct detailed research on companies and stakeholders to build and maintain a robust
    sales pipeline
    .
  • Engage and initiate conversations with
    C-level executives
    (CFOs, CIOs, Finance Heads, Tax Heads), deliver
    product demos
    , and showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Provide personalized product demonstrations to leads
    to clearly communicate our offerings and their business impact.
  • Design and execute
    personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling strategies
    to attract and engage prospects.
  • Represent Cappitall Want Network professionally, pitching products and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, discussions, and activities in
    CRM systems
    (Zoho CRM experience advantageous).
  • Nurture warm leads while continuously identifying and converting
    new sales opportunities
    .

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in
    target-driven SaaS/B2B sales
    , preferably in the
    Indian fintech space
    .
  • Proven track record of
    overachieving sales targets
    consistently.
  • Exceptional
    verbal and written communication skills
    , fluent in English.
  • Strong knowledge of
    CRM tools
    and pipeline management.
  • Interest and aptitude for learning new technologies and solutions.
  • Resilient, motivated, and able to handle rejection while staying
    focused on results
    .
  • Go-getter attitude
    with curiosity, creativity, and persistence.
