Role Overview
We are seeking our first Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to generate pipeline and fuel Lexy's growth.
Prospect into target accounts (HR leaders, TA managers, CHROs, staffing firms).
Execute multi-channel outreach.
Required Candidate profile
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or B2B outreach
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
