Inside Sales Manager – ERP

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales efforts for ERP products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives, driving lead generation, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring a healthy sales pipeline. Prior experience in selling ERP or enterprise software solutions is a must.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and mentor the inside sales team to meet and exceed lead generation and conversion targets
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive pipeline growth for ERP products
Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to align campaigns and follow-ups
Identify decision-makers within target accounts and nurture relationships
Ensure timely follow-up on inbound leads and cold outreach for new opportunities
Maintain CRM hygiene and track performance metrics regularly
Provide regular reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline status
Stay up to date on ERP product features, market trends, and competitor activity
8–10 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven track record in ERP/SaaS/IT product sales
Strong team management and coaching skills
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
