Inside Sales Manager – ERP

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales efforts for ERP products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives, driving lead generation, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring a healthy sales pipeline. Prior experience in selling ERP or enterprise software solutions is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor the inside sales team to meet and exceed lead generation and conversion targets

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive pipeline growth for ERP products

  • Work closely with marketing and field sales teams to align campaigns and follow-ups

  • Identify decision-makers within target accounts and nurture relationships

  • Ensure timely follow-up on inbound leads and cold outreach for new opportunities

  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track performance metrics regularly

  • Provide regular reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline status

  • Stay up to date on ERP product features, market trends, and competitor activity

Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Proven track record in ERP/SaaS/IT product sales

  • Strong team management and coaching skills

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and performance
