Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as an Inside Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, driving lead generation, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential customers, managing accounts, achieving sales targets, and working collaboratively with the team to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and a proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Should have a minimum experience of 5 to 10years in Inside Sales.
  • Team handling Experience of 2yrs, handled a team of 20 to 40.
  • Skills in Lead Generation and the ability to identify and connect with potential customers
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Expertise in Account Management and driving sales growth
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the PropTech or real estate sector is advantageous
