Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for connecting with potential students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them towards the right training and placement opportunities with Growskill IT. This is a high-impact role that directly contributes to the growth of the company and the success of our learners.

Key Responsibilities

Reach out to prospective students via calls, emails, and social media.

Understand learners' career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.

Deliver effective pitches to convert leads into enrollments.

Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Build trust and long-term relationships with learners.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Confident and persuasive personality.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
