Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative with 3–6 months of experience in EdTech sales or tele-calling. You will interact with potential learners, guide them through program benefits, and drive successful enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential leads generated through marketing and databases
  • Understand learner needs, goals, and challenges to suggest the right courses
  • Explain program structure, curriculum, career outcomes, and pricing
  • Handle objections and provide clear, value-based guidance
  • Maintain active follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Update lead details and interactions on CRM systems
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and counseling teams to drive conversions
  • Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 months experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or Academic Counseling (EdTech experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and pitch solutions effectively
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and high-volume interactions
  • Basic understanding of EdTech/online learning trends
  • Target-oriented, self-driven, and eager to grow

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in EdTech calling/counseling roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle objections professionally.
  • Strong learner-centric mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
