Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Manager will focus on driving sales through lead generation, managing client accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying potential leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales. The role also involves creating strategies to meet sales targets and collaborating with teams to optimize the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and pursue potential opportunities
- Proficiency in Account Management and developing long-term client relationships
- Strong skills in Sales and achieving revenue targets
- Commitment to ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction through excellent service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of success in sales roles or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
