Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves driving sales initiatives, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand business. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue targets and foster client loyalty.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales, with a strong ability to close deals and manage sales pipelines
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management to attract and retain clients
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction to provide excellent service and maintain client trust
- Solid understanding of sales processes and a proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Background in financial services, consulting, or related industries is a plus
