About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager with strong EdTech sales expertise and fluency in at least one South Indian language. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing inside sales teams, driving conversions, optimizing sales funnels, and achieving revenue targets within the EdTech domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives.
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets with a strong focus on lead conversion.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and student enrolments.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, dashboards, and daily reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for lead quality improvement and campaign alignment.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate value propositions effectively.
- Handle escalations and provide solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the sales team.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate sales tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Inside Sales experience in EdTech (Mandatory).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Fluent in any one South Indian language – Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong understanding of the EdTech sales cycle and student counselling process.
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience in managing a high-volume inbound/outbound sales team.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple lead pipelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700, ₹960,000.00 per year
