Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Inside Sales Representative located in Bengaluru. The Senior Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, managing accounts, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include making outbound calls, maintaining client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and closing sales deals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Expertise in Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
