Inside Sales Representative

Your day to day responsibilities shall encompass: ● Contact prospective customers by both telephone and email ● Market Research to develop warm leads ● Responsible for generating leads for the category/market assigned ● Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients ● Set appointments or close deals with clients ● Identifying customer needs and communicating the client s value proposition. ● Answering customers&rsquo questions resolving their queries and helping provide outstanding customer service ● Maintain a pipeline of leads based on the targets assigned ● Manage and develop your own diary schedule call-backs and future opportunities ● Report weekly sales goals and objectives to regional leadersEducation/Experience What you&rsquo ll need to succeed in the role: ● Good communication skills &ndash you need to be able to have informative and engaging conversations with the customers ● Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality ● Active listening &ndash is crucial for great customer satisfaction rates especially via phone ● Time management &ndash if you manage your time efficiently you can build meaningful relationships with your clients and close more deals ● Organizational skills &ndash you juggle multiple tasks and work with many accounts on a daily basis ● Problem-solving &ndash you have to be adaptable to various situations ● Conflict management &ndash your ability to resolve any conflicts that may arise directly affects your sales opportunities ● Collaborative skills &ndash it&rsquo s crucial that you are a team player ● Interpersonal skills &ndash you have to be able to provide a great sales experience throughout the whole buying journey
