Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, communicating effectively with customers, and closing sales deals.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and CRM Management
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the AI sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
