Reports To: Sales Manager / Management Team
About the Role
Lead and coach a team of Inside Sales Executives handling RFQs, quotations, and customer coordination for electronic components. Ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and conversion to drive growth across multiple product lines and industries.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor the inside sales team; set and track daily/weekly KPIs.
- Oversee quotation accuracy, turnaround time, and follow-up discipline.
- Coordinate with Product Managers, BDMs, and logistics for pricing, stock, and delivery.
- Maintain CRM/ERP hygiene and streamline sales workflows.
- Present key performance reports directly to management.
- Resolve escalations and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B inside sales, purchase/supply chain management.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication, analytical, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM/ERP tools ( Microsoft Business Central)
- Ownership mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
