Position Title: Inside Sales - HRMS/Payroll

Location: Bangalore

Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales - HRMS/Payroll to join our growing HR Tech team. This role is responsible for driving Lead generation & new business opportunities for our HRMS and Payroll Software Solutions by engaging enterprise clients and building strong CXO-level relationships. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in HRMS, payroll services, or HR technology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach to identify and generate new leads .
  • Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to presentation and solution pitching to closure.
  • Present and support in demonstrate HRMS solutions to CXOs, HR Heads, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Required qualifications & skills

  • Experience: Min 2+ years in B2B lead generation, Sales Development (SDR), or inside sales role, preferably within the HRMS, or payroll services space.
  • Candidates from payroll services or HR software sales background preferred.
  • Must have experience with enterprise sales cycles and solution-based selling.
  • Strong communication, lead generation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling to CXOs or HR leadership.
  • Strong understanding of HRMS, Payroll, or HR Tech products preferred.
  • Self-motivated individual contributor with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Exposure to SaaS / Cloud-based solution sales will be an advantage
