, is looking for a
dynamic Business Development Executive
to handle client interactions, support sales operations, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of projects. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple business functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Inquiry Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and coordinating with the technical team for solutions.
- Attend client meetings, present company offerings, and ensure prompt follow-ups.
- Conduct client visits to strengthen relationships and explore business opportunities.
- CRM & Data Management:
- Maintain and update client records, interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Ensure structured follow-ups and pipeline tracking for better client engagement.
- Estimates & Invoicing:Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and invoices using business tools.Coordinate with finance and clients for smooth processing of payments.Logistics & Scheduling:Arrange and coordinate travel plans for engineers for on-site projects.Schedule
- meetings and technical visits as required for seamless project execution.
- Key Skills & RequirementsAbility to handle client inquiries professionally while collaborating with internal teams.Proficiency in CRM tools for managing client interactions and follow-ups.Experience in preparing estimates, quotations, and invoices using business tools.
