Key Responsibilities:

Guest Room & Public Area Maintenance

  • Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas as per hotel standards.
  • Ensure all amenities, linens, and guest supplies are replenished and neatly arranged.
  • Perform turndown service where applicable.
  • Handle laundry, linen, and guest requests promptly and efficiently.

Quality & Standards

  • Follow five-star luxury service standards in housekeeping operations.
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
  • Report maintenance issues and damages immediately to the supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Guest Interaction

  • Greet guests politely and assist with their requests whenever possible.
  • Respect guest privacy by adhering to "Do Not Disturb" and "Privacy" policies.
  • Handle guest belongings with utmost care and integrity.

Teamwork & Operations

  • Coordinate with supervisors and fellow associates for smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in stock management of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
  • Support in deep-cleaning projects and special housekeeping tasks.
  • Attend departmental briefings, trainings, and grooming checks.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury environment.
  • Professional grooming and excellent personal hygiene.
  • Basic communication skills in English (additional languages preferred).
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and customer service orientation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping (preferably in a luxury hotel/resort).
  • Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may be considered.
  • Physically fit to perform housekeeping duties.
