Olga Resorts is looking for a warm, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is key to creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out experiences, handling guest queries, and providing exceptional hospitality throughout the guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
  • Maintain accurate guest records and update booking systems
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments to fulfill guest requests
  • Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
  • Promote resort services and local attractions
  • Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean and organized
  • Maintain cash register and billing operations accurately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
