What You'll Do
1). Seller Onboarding & Category Expansion
Identify and onboard local sellers and brands across fashion, toys, baby care, and baby gear.
Understand category gaps, pricing trends, and top-selling SKUs to improve the assortment.
Coordinate with internal catalog and operations teams to ensure smooth listing and order flow.
2). Offline Partnerships & Customer Acquisition
Build partnerships with societies (RWAs), cafés, restaurants, and play zones to drive local activations.
Create and execute innovative offline acquisition ideas — pop-ups, QR activations, flyers, and community events.
Plan collaborations with schools and daycare centers to build hyperlocal visibility.
Track performance of campaigns and optimize based on on-ground feedback.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
High energy, ownership mindset, and comfort with field work.
Creative thinker who can turn simple ideas into execution-ready campaigns.
Good with Google Sheets / Excel for lead tracking and performance reports.
Bonus: Experience (even internship) in sales, partnerships, or brand activations.
