About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our staffing and recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, relationship-building, and learning the dynamics of the recruitment industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the overall business growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in target industries and generate new business leads.
- Reach out to HR and hiring managers to present staffing and recruitment services.
- Support in drafting proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client communication and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Assist in planning and executing business development campaigns or events.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new growth areas.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales, client management, and business growth.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Good understanding of recruitment or HR services (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or any related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or HR is an added advantage (not mandatory).
