Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and research
  • Qualify and nurture leads; manage full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Prepare business proposals and quotes, and negotiate terms & contracts
  • Maintain and manage client relationships to drive repeat business and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, product) to deliver on client requirements
  • Analyze market trends, competition, and client needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM—log activities, follow‑ups, forecasts
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies, messaging, and sales processes.
