Senior Business Development Associate

What You'll Do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the luxury furniture and interior fit-out markets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, client presentations, proposal development, to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Strategize and execute business development plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create customized solutions based on client needs and current design trends.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
- Mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support in lead generation and client management.
