About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Associate Business Development Manager with 1–5 years of experience in technical sales, SaaS business development, or EdTech/Academy sales.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving growth through lead generation, client engagement, and strategic partnerships across CepiaLabs' AI, Data Science, and EdTech offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SaaS and training domains.
Generate, qualify, and convert leads through multiple channels.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, corporates, and academic institutions.
Promote and sell AI, Data Science, and Technology training programs.
Conduct product demos, client presentations, and proposal discussions.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to achieve revenue goals.
Analyze market trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate and updated sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in Business Development / Technical Sales / SaaS or EdTech Sales.
Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales cycles.
Proven record of lead generation, client conversion, and revenue achievement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and online sales platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
