Job Description

We are looking for passionate Sales Counselors / BDAs to join our dynamic team at MentorsDaily, an UPSC-focused EdTech platform. The role involves:

  • Making direct calls to UPSC aspirants and converting leads into enrollments.
  • Understanding student needs and recommending the right programs.
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships with aspirants & parents.
  • Meeting monthly sales targets with a performance-driven mindset.
  • Maintaining lead records and follow-ups through CRM/lead management tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience in UPSC coaching / EdTech industry

Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi + English)

Ability to counsel aspirants and handle objections

Goal-oriented with a passion for helping students achieve their career dreams

Comfortable with work from office (Noida, Sector-2)
