About the Role
We are hiring a Business Development Associate iGaming to support our expansion into new markets. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about sales and client acquisition. You will focus on identifying potential partners, reaching out via email and LinkedIn, and converting leads into long-term collaborations. Alongside new business acquisition, you will also manage some existing operators to help them grow further.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential partners and close collaboration deals through automated email campaigns.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned operators and support their performance growth.
- Research and identify market opportunities to expand business reach.
- Work closely with the account management team for seamless onboarding of new partners.
- Maintain accurate lead records and reporting through Excel and CRM tools.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced industry.
- 0–2 years of professional experience (freshers welcome).
- Basic proficiency in Excel (data tracking, reporting).
