Position: Business Development Associate

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level (0-3 years of experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to drive growth and expand Ingenium Education's reach in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and promoting our innovative educational products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, including schools, colleges, and educational institutions, to generate high-quality leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and decision-makers.
  • Sales & Outreach: Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Ingenium Education's offerings and convert leads into clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with educational organisations, government bodies, and other partners to expand our network and impact.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in EdTech, education, or related industries.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
