Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, underwriting) to support internal & external stakeholders (Mainly DCB Bank & few smaller Co-operative Banks)
  • Prepare and publish partner/internal hierarchy performance metrics and help to implement agreed actionable
  • Schedule regular business reviews, training sessions and intervention calls with internal sales hierarchy
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional activities and co-branded initiatives to drive product awareness
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal risk policies in all partner engagements

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field/ Preferred MBA in Marketing, Finance of related field
  • Additional professional certifications (e.g., Insurance, Financial Planning) are a plus

Experience:

  1. 3-7 years in bancassurance, financial services or insurance sales/operations with a proven track record of managing bank partnerships will be preferred
  2. Experience coordinating multi-functional teams and stakeholder management

Skills:

  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to establish trust and credibility with senior banking executives.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for presentations, negotiations, and training.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics

Key Competencies:

  • Customer Focus: Deep understanding of retail customer needs and the ability to translate them into bancassurance solutions
  • Microsoft Office: Well versed in MS Office, mainly Excel, Word & PPT is must
