Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai, for positions including Key Account Manager (Enterprise, ISP, FTTH), NOC (L1, L2, & L3), Network Engineer (L1, L2, & L3), Field Engineer, Splicer, and Operations. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, overseeing network operations, executing splicing and network engineering tasks, planning and managing business accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams, troubleshooting, and maintaining network efficiency are key activities of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and strategic decision-making
- Proficiency in Account Management and handling Key Accounts for business growth
- Experience in Business Planning to drive market success and achieve target goals
- Excellence in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Technical expertise and understanding of ISP, FTTH, and Network Operations
- Relevant experience in splicing, field engineering, and operational management
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and execute responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
