Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shop-floor and technical manpower hiring, along with experience in blue-collar and staff-level recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all levels, from shop-floor operators to middle management.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and local networks.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and technical skill sets.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with department heads.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Liaise with placement consultants, ITIs, and local agencies for manpower requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, manpower budgets, and hiring timelines.
  • Participate in job fairs and campus drives to attract skilled manpower.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree / MBA in HR or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of recruitment experience in a manufacturing / industrial setup.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, portals, and social media hiring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle volume hiring under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance and factory-related HR processes is a plus.

Salary Range: As per industry standards / NegotiableEmployment Type: Full-time
