We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition and recruitment efforts. As an intern, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds of interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
  • Assist in employer branding activities and building a talent pipeline
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and provide timely updates
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the recruitment process
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Google Workspace or MS Office tools
