Sminetech Solutions is a fast-growing IT services and consulting company specializing in Cloud, DevOps, Digital Product Development, and Strategic Talent Solutions across industries. We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  • Coordinate with candidates for interviews, assessments, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support the HR team in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
  • Work closely with senior HR executives to understand recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (HR specialization preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
