Job Title: HR Intern

Job Description:

We're looking for a confident and driven HR Intern to support our recruitment efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who has completed their studies, communicates exceptionally well, and is eager to gain real-world HR experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 11 AM to 9 PM & Saturday - 11 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for candidates
  • Call and engage with potential candidates from our database
  • Screen and qualify candidates based on job role requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth communication

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
  • Graduation completed (not currently pursuing studies)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Google Sheets
  • Must have a laptop and smartphone
  • Available to work in the given schedule
