Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Recruiter with strong experience in IT and Non-IT hiring, hands-on staffing exposure, and a working knowledge of HR laws and compliances. The role demands proficiency in end-to-end recruitment and the ability to manage hiring pipelines independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles: sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, and offer closure.
  • Handle staffing and bulk hiring mandates with quick turnaround time.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, referrals, social platforms, and networking.
  • Conduct initial HR screening to assess fitment, communication, attitude, and technical alignment.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws, statutory norms, and internal hiring processes.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate databases.
  • Manage candidate experience and ensure timely communication at every stage.
  • Support onboarding activities as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.
  • Prior experience in staffing or contract hiring is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance requirements, and documentation.
  • Excellent sourcing abilities across Naukri, LinkedIn, social platforms, and internal databases.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.

  • Exposure to HR operations or employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience working with international clients or multi-location hiring.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
