  • Understand hiring requirements from department heads and create clear job briefs.
  • Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and social media.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess skill fit and culture alignment.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker regularly.
  • Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for upcoming roles.
  • Represent The ArtLogic professionally and positively during all recruitment interactions.

  • Collaborate with HR and management to improve hiring processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in creative/digital/tech domains).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).
  • Proven ability to close roles across multiple functions and levels.
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
  • Strong people skills, empathy, and understanding of creative work cultures.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
