Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting talent to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of employment laws, and the ability to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate candidate records.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws, recruitment trends, and best practices.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or HR professional.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for multiple functions or industries.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
  • Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is a plus.
