Designation - Key Account Manager We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage our B2B overseas education partnernetwork. The KAM will be responsible for managing existing partners, increasing walletshare with Geebee, and onboarding new partners to increase our business. Key Responsibilities: Onboard new B2B partners and develop strong relationships with them.Identify opportunities to increase Geebee's business through new partnerships andwork towards achieving these targets.Manage existing B2B partners and maintain strong relationships with them. Identify opportunities to increase wallet share with existing partners and worktowards achieving these targets.Provide regular training and support to partners to ensure that they are up -to -datewith the latest information and products. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that partner needs are met and issues areresolved in a timely manner.Develop and implement strategies to improve partner engagement and satisfaction. Regularly analyse partner performance metrics and take necessary action to improveperformance. This is an individual contributor role Requirements from the Candidate: Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in a B2B environment. Experience in the education industry would be an advantage, but not mandatoryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and relationship -building skills. Proactive and self -motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
