Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager, located in Chennai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, conducting business planning, delivering exceptional customer service, and performing analytical tasks to support account management. Overseeing and maintaining relationships with important clients, they will ensure clients' needs are met and foster business growth.

  • Strong Analytical Skills for informed business planning
  • Exceptional Customer Service abilities
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the B2B marketplace is a plus
