Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Chennai. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients, driving business development, and ensuring seamless account management. Responsibilities include formulating business plans, analyzing client needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company objectives and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Account Management and Key Accounts handling skills, with the ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to identify growth opportunities and craft data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, including proactive communication and problem-solving, to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or a related field is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
