Senior Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Executive who can lead from the front, drive revenue through strategic prospecting, deliver high-impact demos, and mentor junior sales team members. If you're passionate about SaaS, B2B selling, and being a growth enabler, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive qualified leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and inbound queries

  • Deliver product demos and convert prospects to customers

  • Manage and close deals with minimal supervision

  • Maintain clean and up-to-date records in CRM

  • Guide and support junior SDRs or Inside Sales reps

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-7 years of inside sales experience (preferably in tech/SaaS)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools

  • Proactive attitude with team management or mentoring exposure

  • Strong intent to work, learn, and grow in a high-performance environment
