Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (Ultra HNI)
Location: Hyderabad
Reports To: Sales Head Ms. Shilpa Tiwari
Role Summary
As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) at PMJ Jewels, you will be the face of the brand, delivering a personalized, premium experience to Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) clients. This role combines luxury retail expertise with strong relationship management, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brands elegance and exclusivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage walk-in clients with poise, professionalism, and warmth.
- Understand client needs and recommend fine jewellery suited to their preferences, style, and occasion.
- Manage the complete sales process — from product selection to billing and post-sale service.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships to drive repeat business and client referrals.
- Maintain accurate client records and leverage CRM tools for follow-ups and special occasions.
- Ensure showroom presentation and ambience meet PMJ Jewels' luxury brand standards.
- Represent the brand during exclusive events, client gatherings, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Experience: 0 - 5 years in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and local languages.
- Personality: Elegant, well-groomed, and confident with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: Interest in fine jewellery and familiarity with CRM systems.
