Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive experienced in field sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our valued customers through consistent and effective engagement. The Customer Relationship Executive is expected to:

  • Conduct field sales tasks, including meeting with customers to understand their needs, recommending our products and services, and closing sales deals;
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies, including after-sales support, follow-ups, and issue resolution;
  • Proactively seek out potential customers and develop new business opportunities;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tactics and strategies that align with our sales targets and objectives;
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in order to provide our customers with the most up-to-date information on our products and services.
Candidate Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position should meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales, particularly in the loan, insurance, or banking sectors;
  • A graduate or higher education qualification;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets;
  • Flexibility to travel within cities for sales purposes.
