CRM Executive (1-2 Years Experience)About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
CRM Executive
to join our team. If you have a passion for customer data, driving retention, and maximizing the utility of a CRM platform, this is your opportunity. You will be the champion for our customer relationship management system, ensuring data integrity and leveraging insights to improve customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM System Management:
    Serve as the primary user and administrator for the company's CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Ensure data accuracy, clean-up, and consistency across all records.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key CRM metrics (customer churn, retention rates, engagement, sales pipeline status) to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Process Optimization:
    Identify and implement improvements to current CRM workflows and processes to enhance efficiency for sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • User Support & Training:
    Provide training and support to new and existing team members on effective CRM usage, standardizing data entry practices.
  • Campaign Support:
    Assist the marketing team in segmenting customer lists for targeted email campaigns and tracking the performance of these campaigns within the CRM.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    1 to 2 years
    of direct working experience with a major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills:
    Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication (written and verbal), and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Mindset:
    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver who can handle data sets and technical challenges.
