About the Role:

We are looking for a
Sr. CRM Zoho Developer
to join our IT team at Schbang. You will be responsible for the development, implementation, customisation, and maintenance of
Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications
to support internal teams and client projects. The ideal candidate should bring strong technical expertise in Zoho platforms, Deluge scripting, and API integrations, along with an analytical mindset to optimise business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customise, and maintain
    Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, and other Zoho applications
  • Build and implement
    workflows, automations, dashboards, and custom modules
    within Zoho
  • Develop
    Deluge scripts, REST APIs, and integrations
    with third-party platforms
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and implement them efficiently
  • Conduct
    data migrations, system testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing support
  • Stay updated with Zoho platform updates and recommend new features to enhance performance
  • Prepare technical documentation for solutions developed

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 2-4 years
    of experience in Zoho development roles (Developer/Sr. Developer)
  • Proficiency in
    Deluge scripting, API integrations, REST APIs, and data migrations
  • Strong knowledge of
    Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, Analytics, Inventory, Zoho One)
  • Experience in
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    , and SQL for workflow customisations
  • Excellent
    problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Zoho certifications
    are a plus
