What You'll Do

  • Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules to meet business needs.
  • Design and develop custom modules, workflows, automation, and blueprints.
  • Manage Zoho CRM Administration – users, roles, permissions, dashboards, and reports.
  • Build and maintain apps in Zoho Creator to extend CRM functionality.
  • Develop and optimize Deluge scripts for automation and customization.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party apps, APIs, and services (Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Utilize Zoho Analytics to create dashboards and reports for data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and deliver best-practice solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and improvements for Zoho applications.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience as a Zoho CRM Developer + Admin.
  • Hands-on expertise in custom modules, workflows, blueprints, automation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Proven skills in Zoho Creator app development.
  • Solid knowledge of Deluge scripting.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and third-party tools (Zapier, , etc. a plus).
  • Familiarity with Zoho Analytics and Zoho Inventory is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and suggest improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required).
