Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications as per business requirements.
  • Design and implement automation workflows, custom modules, and advanced reporting dashboards.
  • Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools (e.g., telephony, email, marketing platforms).
  • Provide technical support, training, and documentation for internal teams on Zoho usage.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps and translate them into Zoho solutions.
  • Stay updated with Zoho's latest features and recommend improvements to maximize system efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) working with Zoho suite of applications, especially Zoho CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho customization, workflows, APIs, and integrations.
  • Experience with Deluge scripting (Zoho's scripting language).
  • Proficiency in database management and report creation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and training ability for end-users.
  • Prior experience in real estate, sales, or service-based industries is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹372, ₹1,708,031.03 per year
