Title: Junior Business Development Executive

Location: Indore

Internship Duration: [e.g. 3 Months / 6 Months]

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in target markets using online research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Client Outreach: Contact potential clients through email, phone, and social media to set up meetings and introduce our products/services.
  • Sales Support: Assist the senior sales team with sales pitches, proposal creation, and client presentations.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to help identify new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and ongoing business opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM software.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and lead generation metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in business development are also encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8, ₹38,675.34 per month
