Job Title: Junior PPC Executive

Department: Digital Marketing

Reports to: PPC Manager / Digital Marketing Lead

Experience: 1–2 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior PPC Executive to support our paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in digital marketing, basic knowledge of paid advertising tools, and a desire to learn campaign optimization and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy aligned with campaign goals.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, budget utilization, and ROI metrics.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for creative assets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills for data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking (a plus).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Google Ads Certification or any PPC training (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of experience in PPC or digital marketing internships.
